Cost and how to book

We gratefully acknowledge that we were able to build our outdoor kitchen without going into debt due to support from an Innovate to Regenerate Grant, and a Local Impact Business Grant from Mount Alexander Shire Council.

This has allowed us to keep booking fees to a minimum. Rates vary depending on the size of your group, length of event, which facilities you need access to, and the level of support you need from us, but here are the indicative rates we use:

  • Cleaning bond/deposit – $100 (may be waived depending on user and use)
  • Partners and aligned NFPs – $20 to $50
  • Community groups/local organisations – $50 to $100
  • Private/commercial use – $150 to $250 per day

Fees may be waived depending on the user and use, and may be dropped in exchange for in-kind contributions, e.g. offering public workshops, volunteering. Fees may also be reduced for recurring bookings.

If you’d like to book the kitchen, please fill out this booking enquiry form and we’ll be in touch with a quote.
