MERCH ALERT!
Remember, we told you last week that Murnong Mummas was about to launch a brand new range of t-shirts?
Drum roll, please…
Our Local Impact Business Grant proposal included ways to promote Bushfoods education and empower mob to engage in knowledge sharing.
Murnong Mummas have come up with four vintage-look t-shirts because they believe Bushfoods deserve to be front and centre, each design complete with a worn-in look to show that these plants are timeless!
Each design is 100% human made – no AI guaranteed! They’re being printed by Naarm-based business The Print Bar, and ordering has been set up as a print-on-demand process, which ensures no waste.
The four vintage-look t-shirts each tout a different native food and its benefits: Murnong, Quandong, Pepperberry, and Pale Vanilla Lily.
Murnong – a plant worth preaching!

An iconic food that deserves an iconic shirt, let ’em know that you value this Bushfood enough to rep it on the daily! Support Murnong Mummas with their namesake presented in the unforgettable colourway.
Designed with retro band t-shirts in mind, complete with a worn-in look to show that these plants are timeless.
Take a Peep at Pepperberry – it’s fulla good stuff!

With plenty of vital vitamins and minerals and a spicy kick of flavour, Pepperberry is a staple spice that deserves a place in your pantry.
Retro tee styled design reminiscent of Australian surf brands of the past, this psychedelic shirt will let people know you’re dedicated to tasting the flavours that Country has to offer.
Quandong – the Wonder Fruit!

Boasting the vitamin C content of 50 oranges and about 500 times more cool – let people know the wonders of Quandong with this vintage-look tee.
With a design reminiscent of retro fruit and veg PSA’s and a worn-in feel, this shirt is a perfect way to show that a love for Bushfoods is forever!
Pale Vanilla Lily – it’s great tucker!

Whether it’s regenerating plant life on Country, attracting Blue Banded Bees to your garden, or grabbing out the digging stick to get a good feed going – you’re going to want to let people know that Vanilla Lily is one to look out for!
With a design reminiscent of retro fruit and veg PSA’s, this shirt is a perfect way to bring ways of caring for Country of the past into the future!
These shirts are available to purchase at Murnong Mummas now!
